That’s a wrap! But before we say goodbye…

November 3, 2014 by Rock Solid

Frost on leaf in grass

Did you hear that? It was the sound of the year whooshing by us at about a million mph. It seems like it was just a minute ago we were slathering on SPF 50 and planting our veggie garden in the broiling sun. Now it’s winter coat time and heaven help us…the stores are putting up their holiday decorations. But, before we say “goodbye” for the season, we decided we have one or two more things we’d like to share.

  • First in line. If you’re like a lot of folks, there are a few things you just didn’t get around to doing this summer. Like putting in that patio you’ve always wanted. Or maybe that retaining wall that would keep your friends from tumbling head over heels down your backyard. And did you find the time to get that irrigation system installed? Or were you too busy untangling hoses and accidently spraying yourself with the sprinkler?

Not to worry. It might be too late this season to get started on those projects, but it’s never to early to plan ahead.  Now is a great time to call us to schedule your project for next spring! Why not be one of the first in line? That way, when the mercury starts to rise in April, you’ll be ten steps ahead of those other procrastinators (like your neighbors. You know, the ones who have their Christmas lights up all year round?) Best of all, you can lock in pricing now, before costs increase next year.

  • Attitude of gratitude. To all our loyal customers and all our new ones, we want to sincerely thank you for your business. We strive to deliver the best quality products and service year after year, and while we’d like to think we’re perfect, we know better. (Occasionally, our spouses have been known to remind us of that.) That’s why we’re always looking for your feedback to help us improve.

To that end, we’d really appreciate it if you’d take a moment to leave us a review. You can give feedback on our website, submit a review on Angie’s List, or let us know how you felt about your experience using your Google/Gmail account.

  • Soil in their stockings. Nothing beats the winter blues better than putting a little bit of summer lawn in their Christmas stockings in the form of a Rock Solid Gift Card. Available in any amount, they’re the perfect gift for the holidays. Give them to your elderly parents, your newly married kids, and even your friends who just bought a new house.

We’re looking forward to next spring already! Like most Minnesotans, we know it’s sometimes the only way to make it through winter with your sanity intact.

All the best to you and your family! See you in the spring!
