COVID-19: What we’re doing and what you need to know.
Dear Rock Solid Landscape & Irrigation Customers:
Rock Solid remains operational and able to continue to service our customers. We are closely monitoring events and the government mandates as the health and safety of our employees, customers, vendors, and the community we live in is our top priority.
We understand the concern and uncertainty of the impact the COVID-19 has on all of our lives. As the situation continues to evolve, we are taking the necessary steps as recommended by the CDC and other health organizations to keep our employees and customers safe.
As I mentioned, we are operating at full capacity to continue to provide you with exceptional lawn care and landscaping services and we are accepting new business. 99% of our work requires us to be outside where it is easy to maintain the proper “social distancing” and we can perform our sales and installation process with minimal face to face contact.
We will be implementing these additional safety measures:
- Bids, estimates and drawings can be provided through email
- Consultations can occur via video conferencing, by phone or email, if you prefer
- We can meet with you outside in order to keep a safe distance and not enter your home
- We can take most payments electronically and/or through non-contact methods such as leaving checks outside for us to collect after services have been completed.
- We will have our team members keep a 6 foot distance when possible while on the job site and in transit.
SPRING SPRINKLER START UPS:
For our spring start up customers (where we may need to enter the home to turn on the water), we will have our team wear gloves and face masks. To prevent us from entering your home you could turn on the water for us and then we would not need to enter you home at all.
